The Nine That Never Was...

I'm so thrilled to be appearing Sunday, November 7 in Blank Theatre's benefit and celebration of Maury Yeston's music. If you read earlier posts you may have seen that- like so many in the performing arts, we had to discontinue rehearsals as Covid-19 hit. Blank Theatre has since decided not to do the production at all, due to the financial issues with coming back after the long break, not to mention the lack of affordable theater spaces in Chicago now.

But they are featuring the cast for this event, which promises to be a fabulously entertaining evening! I have so looked forward to "inhabiting" the character of Liliane La Fleur-and so I will sing Folies Bergere, (as well as another grorgeous suprise song) complete with choreography and dancing girls! It's truly a talented cast. Join us for a wonderful musical evening of the music of Maury Yeston, at Chief O'Neill's at 3471 N. Elston, on Sunday Nov. 7th at 7 p.m.
